Building a sauna in the wilderness sounds like a lot of work?
Not at all! With the guidance of your instructor, you'll have it up and warming in no time. In fact, it only takes about 2 hours of teamwork, and then it's just a matter of waiting for the temperature to reach its very best level.Price:

3-4 persons - 2500 SEK per person

The wild sauna experience is something we can do all year long.
Picture this:
You are far away from other people in the middle of the nature. The awe-inspiring scenery sets the stage for ultimate relaxation. Step into the comforting embrace of a hot sauna, followed by a refreshing swim in the untouched lake. To top it off, we'll ignite a crackling fire and prepare a delicious meal. Wow! This is an experience to remember!
Usually we start at 10 in the morning. Upon arrival at the lakeside, we begin setting up the sauna. Meanwhile, you can fish, take relaxing walks, or simply unwind. It takes approximately 2+1 hours for the sauna to heat up and become ready for use. While you enjoy the sauna and swimming your guide will prepare a nice firecooked meal. It is all about relaxing and enjoying the great wilderness!
The day ends at the latest 22:00.

| Who puts the sauna back together? | This is for the guides to do later when you are already home and thinking about this amazing day. |
| Is it hard to build it? |
Not at all! The frame construction is quite quick, followed by simply pulling the cover over it. Once done, we heat up the rocks, and it's sauna time!"

| Can we swim? |
We highly recommend taking a dip in the lake to refresh yourself. Even during winter, we create a hole in the ice for this invigorating experience!

| How can we wash after sauna? |
To refresh yourself, you can take a dip in the lake or have someone assist you by pouring fresh lake water. Please note that the use of soaps, shampoos, or similar products is not permitted to prevent contamination of the natural environment.

- bring mosquito repellent with you if you come June/July/August;
- get a snack and a bottle of water.
